The order is recorded, but the buyer may still need a quick confirmation or delivery update from your team. A text triggered at the right moment can make the purchase feel acknowledged without adding another manual task.

With Zapier, Launch Cart's New Order trigger can run Mobile Message's Send SMS action. Use order details to personalise a confirmation, share the next step or alert a fulfilment team member. A New Newsletter Subscription can also create a Mobile Message contact or add a subscriber to a list, giving your marketing team a usable SMS audience when consent and contact details are available.

These workflows let Launch Cart provide the event and Mobile Message deliver the message. They do not create a native integration or synchronise customer records between both services. Set the message, recipient fields and any filters in Zapier, then test the workflow with a sample order or subscription before switching it on.
