New Registrant can trigger Send SMS to alert an agent or Send SMS to List for a project team. If a customer texts the business, Inbound SMS Received can trigger LassoCRM's Create a History Item, preserving the message as an activity linked to the relevant registrant. Delivery Status Updated can also append a delivery note to an existing history item through Append History, so staff can see communication progress in the CRM.
