Landing page teams often wait for a form submission before anyone knows a prospect is ready to talk. LanderLab's New Lead trigger can mark that moment, giving sales staff a chance to respond while the visitor still remembers the offer and the information they entered. A prompt can be especially useful when leads arrive outside normal office routines.

Through Zapier, a new lead from a LanderLab widget can start a Mobile Message SMS. Send an alert to the salesperson responsible for the page, or send the lead a brief confirmation that the team received their details. Mobile Message can also create the lead as a contact and add that contact to a list for an appropriate follow-up process. The message can contain plain text and the fields supplied by the form.

This connection gives the landing page a practical response step without changing how LanderLab creates or organises pages. Each Zap responds to the New Lead event with the Mobile Message action you choose. It is not a native two-way connection, so plan the recipient, message and consent details in the Zap.
