Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Kulea!

A lead has clicked a campaign link or completed a form, but the sales team may not see the signal until much later. Kulea can pass Link Clicked Event or Form Completed into Zapier, allowing Mobile Message to send a prompt SMS while the contact is active. Lead Score Updated and Webpage Visit can provide other useful moments for a sales or service alert.

Kulea also offers New or Updated CRM Data, Unsubscribe, Email Opened Event, Email Bounced Event, Landing Page Visit Event, and File Downloaded Event. These can support targeted texts, contact handling, or unsubscribe protection when the fields supplied by Kulea are suitable. Mobile Message can send SMS, create a contact, update a contact, add a contact to a list, and add an unsubscribe. In the other direction, an inbound SMS can use Kulea’s Create New Contact action, so a new text sender can be added to Kulea when the necessary details are present. Each Zap is configured around one event and one action, rather than a native two-way integration.

  • Email Opened Event — Triggers when an email is opened by a contact. The link to the email is partially contained in the Email Link field.   • File Downloaded Event — Triggers when a file is downloaded. If you prepend "https://{account}.prod.kulea.marketing/" then you will have the link to the download. (Note that {account} should be substituted by your ma2id that you will see in your Kulea url
  • Form Completed — Triggers whenever a Form is completed by the contact. If you prepend "https://{account}.prod.kulea.marketing/pages/" to the Description field then you will have the full link. (Note that {account} should be substituted by your ma2id that you will see in your Kulea url
  • Landing Page Visit Event — Triggers when a Landing Page is visited by a contact. If you prepend the Description field with "https://{account}.prod.kulea.marketing/pages/" then you will have the full link.   • Lead Score Updated — Triggers when any contact's lead score is updated. The result gives you the contact's score after the event. Note that this could incur an excessive amount of zap tasks depending on your lead score strategy.
  • Link Clicked Event — Triggers when a contact clicks on a link in an email. The link clicked is contained within the Link Click field - you may want to extract the url in another step using Zapier Transform>Text>Extract URL
  • New or Updated CRM Data — Triggers when new contact data is created or updated in one of the Data fields of Kulea. The Data fields are typically all the fields you add to your CRM.

Can Kulea text a lead after a form is completed?

Yes. Form Completed can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. Map the contact number and relevant form fields to create a timely follow-up message for the lead.

Can Kulea unsubscribes update Mobile Message?

Yes. Kulea’s Unsubscribe trigger can start Mobile Message’s Add Unsubscribe action. This lets the Zap add the relevant number to Mobile Message’s opt-out records when the required number is supplied.
