Kourses SMS Integration

A new member texting in gets access within minutes instead of waiting on someone to check a form submission and set their account up by hand. That is the practical effect of linking Kourses to Mobile Message through Zapier, letting a text message move a person straight into the membership, community or course access they are asking for.

Once connected, a customer's reply can create them as a new member in Kourses, so someone who texts in expressing interest is added without a manual signup step in between. The same link covers access changes too, since Kourses' Grant Permission action can hand someone entry to a membership the moment they text asking for it, and Revoke Permission can pull that access back just as quickly when a member asks to cancel by text instead.

For a community or course business already running conversations through Mobile Message, that means membership status stays in step with what customers are actually asking for by text, rather than sitting in a queue for someone to action later. A member who cancels stops seeing content they no longer pay for, and one who asks for more access gets it without a second conversation needed.
