The message content depends on the information supplied by the selected Kopperfield trigger, so you can choose the recipient and personalise the wording in Zapier. Kopperfield has no actions in this Zapier surface, which means an inbound reply cannot write back to a project or appointment. The connection is through Zapier and remains one-directional. Delivery Status Updated can start a separate Mobile Message workflow for delivery reporting, but no Kopperfield action is available for that event. Test the workflow with representative project and customer data before turning it on.
