A customer order can be created in KlimAPI while the business is still preparing a confirmation. If someone must manually check whether the order was processed and then send a message, the customer may wait longer than necessary for reassurance. A clear text can explain what happened and point the customer towards the next step.

With Zapier, KlimAPI’s New Order Created or Order Processed trigger can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. Send a plain-text confirmation after processing, acknowledge an order, or share a payment link when the relevant information is available in the event. The same trigger can create a Mobile Message contact or add that customer to a list for order-related communication.

KlimAPI remains the platform for carbon offset orders, payment links and emissions calculations. Mobile Message sends the SMS or manages the contact action chosen in Zapier. The connection does not process an order from an SMS, calculate emissions inside Mobile Message or update KlimAPI automatically from a reply. It turns a supported KlimAPI order event into a timely customer message.
