KlickTipp SMS Integration

Marketing teams using KlickTipp can turn important subscriber activity into a timely SMS response. A tag may be added after a customer completes a campaign step, or a webhook event may report that an email was opened, a link was clicked or an SMS was sent. Acting on that signal quickly can make the next message feel more relevant.

With Zapier, KlickTipp's Watch New Events trigger can start Mobile Message actions such as Send SMS, Send SMS to List or Create Contact. You could text a subscriber after a qualifying event, create a Mobile Message contact for a new prospect or add an existing contact to a list for a later campaign. Mobile Message can also start a Zap when an inbound SMS is received, allowing KlickTipp's Add or Update Contact action to record a responder. Delivery Status Updated can likewise start a KlickTipp contact update workflow where the relevant contact information is available.

This setup helps teams coordinate email activity and SMS without manually checking campaign reports. It does not create a native two-way sync. Each Zap has one trigger and one action, so you decide which event deserves a text or which reply should update KlickTipp.
