The same connection can also place a lead into Mobile Message when a team wants SMS to be part of its contact process. Mobile Message’s Create Contact action can create a record from a Keystone lead, while Send SMS can deliver the immediate message. These are separate Zap actions, so you can choose the workflow that fits your process and the fields available in the lead.

For a response-led workflow, use Keystone’s New Lead trigger with Send SMS. For record creation, use New Lead with Create Contact. The connection runs through Zapier, and it does not imply that lead records are continuously synchronised between the platforms.
