Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Jammed!

It is one hour before a rehearsal room booking starts, and the customer still needs a useful reminder. Jammed can send that event to Mobile Message through Zapier, so the booking team can text practical details at the moment they matter. You can also act when a booking is created, cancelled, finished or paid, giving customers timely information without staff checking the booking calendar manually.

A Jammed booking event can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action for a confirmation, payment acknowledgement or cancellation notice. Receive Booking Reminder Messages and Receive OneHourBefore Booking Messages are especially useful for creative spaces where customers need arrival instructions, access information or a prompt to contact the studio. Receive Booking Payment Messages can also start a text after payment is received, while Receive Booking Cancellation Messages can notify a waiting team or customer.

This connection is made in Zapier, with each workflow running from one Jammed event to one Mobile Message action. The result is a more consistent booking experience, with messages sent from the booking information your staff already maintain. If you collect a new customer in Jammed, you can also create that person in Mobile Message for later communication, keeping the setup focused on useful, noticeable outcomes.

  • Receive Booking Abandoned Messages — Triggers when a customer abandons their booking during the checkout process and does not complete the booking.
  • Receive Booking Cancellation Messages — Triggers when a booking is cancelled by a customer or by a staff member. Cancellations will free up this time to other customers wishing to book the same time.
  • Receive Booking Creation Messages — Triggers when a Jammed booking is made by a customer online, or made by an admin user. Use the taken_by parameter to distinguish. When taken online, taken_by=online - otherwise it is the name of the admin user that took the booking.
  • Receive Booking Finished Messages — Triggers when the booking finishes in real-time.
  • Receive Booking Payment Messages — Triggers when the booking payment on Stripe or Square is received by Jammed.
