Operators who run referral programmes need to respond at several points, from a friend invitation to a newly enrolled participant and finally a recorded conversion. InviteReferrals supplies those events, so a timely SMS can acknowledge participation or keep a referred customer informed without manual copying between systems.

Use New Lead Invitation to send a message to the invited friend, or New User Enrollment to welcome someone into the campaign. New or Updated Conversion can trigger a confirmation after a sale or registration event, while New Email Invitation can notify an internal owner that an invitation list has been sent. Mobile Message’s Send SMS, Create Contact and Add Contact to List actions provide practical destinations. The connection is configured through Zapier and each automation runs in one direction. It is not a native two-way referral record. Make sure the recipient’s mobile number is available, the message reflects the referral context and the intended SMS use is permitted.
