Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Introwise!

A client books a session through Introwise and expects the details to be easy to find. Introwise can trigger a Zap when a session is scheduled, a session is booked, or a package is booked. Mobile Message can then send an SMS confirmation, reminder, or next-step message using the booking information available to the workflow.

This is useful for coaches, consultants, trainers and other providers who manage appointments through Introwise. A Session Booked event can send the attendee a concise confirmation, while Package Booked can acknowledge a larger purchase and explain what happens next. A workflow action can also be used when a custom automation in Introwise reaches a point that deserves an SMS.

The connection runs through Zapier, with Introwise supplying the event and Mobile Message sending the message or creating the contact. It does not create a native booking synchronisation or update both systems automatically. Instead, it gives providers a clear communication step after the booking activity that matters most to their customers.
