A new appointment is created in IC Studio while the front desk is handling other calls. That event can start a Zap which sends an SMS through Mobile Message, giving the customer a timely appointment confirmation or giving staff a clear notification. IC Studio can also trigger messages from a new contact, new ticket or new activity, depending on the process your team wants to support.

This connection works well for CRM teams that manage customer care, sales or appointments in IC Studio and use Mobile Message for plain text communication. Zapier moves the selected event fields into the chosen Mobile Message action. It is not a native integration and it does not synchronise records between the two systems. For example, a new ticket can prompt an SMS acknowledging receipt, while a new appointment can send practical timing information. A new contact can be created in Mobile Message, and a contact can be added to a list for later messaging. Choose one clear event and one visible outcome for each Zap.
