A proposal has just been approved, a deposit has arrived, or a new client has been added in Indy. Your next step may be a welcome message, a payment confirmation, or a prompt to book the project kickoff. A Zapier connection can send that SMS through Mobile Message, using the details already held in your freelance workspace.

Use Proposal Approved to acknowledge a client’s decision while the conversation is fresh. Invoice Paid and Deposit Paid can send clear payment confirmations, while Client Created can start a considered welcome sequence. Project Created can also notify a client that work is ready to begin. These Zaps reduce the need to watch Indy for each event and copy phone numbers into a separate messaging tool. They do not create a native two-way connection or keep records synchronised. Instead, each selected Indy event starts one defined Mobile Message action, with your message text and recipient fields mapped during Zapier setup.
