Through Zapier, iNCOM USA can send New Lead or Existing Lead Activity to Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. Use the available lead details to send a plain-text acknowledgement, offer a call-back option or point the person towards the next step. New Lead can also use Create Contact, while the platform’s Create/Update Lead action can be started by an inbound Mobile Message event when a customer’s text contains details your workflow can map.

iNCOM USA remains the website, lead generation and CRM platform. Mobile Message sends the SMS or receives the inbound event selected in the Zap. This is not a native two-way CRM sync, and it does not promise that every website activity has a mobile number. It is a focused route from lead activity to agent communication.
