Channel teams using Impartner can spend too much time noticing new partner records, field changes and sync errors before deciding who needs to know. A record may be created or updated while the partner manager is handling another task, and a sync error may remain unnoticed until it affects a partner process. A targeted SMS can make important events visible sooner.

Through Zapier, Impartner can trigger a workflow when a New Object Record is created, when a field is updated or when a new error appears in a sync log. Mobile Message can send an SMS to a partner manager, create a contact or add a contact to a list. For example, a sync error can prompt an internal review, while a new object record can notify a responsible team member.

Impartner also offers record actions, so an Inbound SMS Received event can create or update a record where the workflow has the required object information. Each Zap remains one-directional and purpose-built. It does not provide a general sync between the two platforms, but it can turn selected partner operations into clear actions.
