Identley and Mobile Message connect through Zapier so its New Lead event can send an SMS to a sales contact or create the lead as a Mobile Message contact. This gives the team a prompt signal that a person has been identified and may need attention.

Use New Lead to notify a salesperson, allocate a follow-up task through an agreed message or send a short acknowledgement when the lead's mobile number is available. Mobile Message can Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List using the information supplied by Identley. A list can be useful when leads from a particular website project need to be grouped for later communication.
