Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with i-Reserve!

A booking has just been made in i-Reserve and the customer is waiting for confirmation. New Booking can start a Zap that sends a Mobile Message SMS with the booking details, giving the customer a direct acknowledgement while the booking remains managed in i-Reserve. This is especially useful when email alone is easy to miss.

New Customer can also create a Mobile Message contact or send a welcome text, while Statuschange Booking can alert a customer when the booking moves to a new stage. Updated Booking provides another event for changes that need attention. Mobile Message can send to an individual or list, create and update contacts, and add contacts to lists. In the other direction, an inbound SMS can create or update a booking if the text supplies the required booking information and external identifier. Each workflow is configured in Zapier and runs in one direction from the selected trigger to the chosen action. The apps do not automatically keep every field synchronised.
