HotspotSystem SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with HotspotSystem!
Use New Subscriber when someone selects the subscribe checkbox during account creation, or New Customer when any new customer account is created. Either event can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. You can also create a Mobile Message contact from the new account details, making the number available for later campaigns or service messages.
This connection is useful for venues and service operators that want a clearer first message after registration. Zapier carries the selected customer fields between the two platforms. HotspotSystem continues to manage hotspot accounts, while Mobile Message handles the text delivery and contact records.
