HotShp SMS Integration

A new social post is ready in HotShp, and your team wants the people who approved the content to know it can be published. Without an alert, the post may wait in the service while someone checks for it later. A Zapier workflow can use HotShp's New Social Post trigger to send a Mobile Message SMS with a concise publication notice.

The setup is useful for agencies, retailers and marketing teams that want a direct signal when copy is complete. The message can include the post title, the campaign context or an instruction for the next person, using the fields available from HotShp. Mobile Message's Send SMS action handles the notification, while Send SMS to List can notify a selected group where that suits the workflow. HotShp has no actions in the supplied Zapier surface, so the automation runs from a completed social post into Mobile Message. It does not publish the post, update HotShp or maintain a two-way content record. Zapier is used to connect the trigger and SMS action, choose the recipient, personalise the wording and test the mapped information before the alert is switched on.
