Printing and promotional product businesses often move from a new customer conversation to a job that needs action, while customer updates still depend on someone remembering to send them. Hoops can start Mobile Message notifications through Zapier when a customer or job is created. That gives the team a clear SMS point for confirmations, handovers and internal reminders.

New Customer can create a Mobile Message contact from the customer details available in Hoops. New Job can send a text to a production manager or customer with the job reference and next step. If your Hoops event includes a suitable mobile number, the message can be addressed directly to the person connected with the new work.

Hoops also offers Create Job and Create Customer, but Mobile Message does not directly run those Hoops actions. The connection uses one Hoops trigger and one Mobile Message action at a time. It does not synchronise customer or job records between the two systems.
