HireTrack NX SMS Integration

For a record that should stay visible in HireTrack NX, an inbound SMS can create a NoteBook entry through Zapier. That may suit a reply from a customer or a short internal note, provided the message contains information worth recording. The available actions also include Update HireTrack NX, which can receive data from an inbound SMS when your QBE is designed for that use. These workflows are individually configured and one-directional. They do not create a general two-way sync between HireTrack NX and Mobile Message.
