Teams and agencies running outreach in HeyReach often need to act when a prospect replies, accepts a connection or finishes a campaign. A Zap can use Message Reply Received or Connection Request Accepted to send an SMS through Mobile Message, giving a sales operator a prompt while the conversation is active. This helps reduce the manual checking that can leave a promising response waiting in a campaign inbox.

HeyReach also provides actions such as Add Lead to Campaign, Stop Lead in Campaign and Send Message. Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received can start a Zap that uses one of those actions when a prospect texts your number. For example, an inbound text can add a lead to a selected HeyReach campaign, while a campaign completion can send an internal SMS alert. These are individual workflows, not a two-way sync between the platforms.
