Hello Outbound can send that event through Zapier to Mobile Message, where a direct SMS can acknowledge the reply or alert the right person. This gives teams a practical follow-up path for important sales activity.

Hello Outbound provides Lead Replied and Lead Approved as triggers. Lead Replied can connect to Mobile Message's Send SMS action for a customer-facing response, while Lead Approved can use Send SMS to List to notify a selected sales group. Either event can also use Create Contact when the person should be recorded in Mobile Message for later outreach. The message content should reflect the event and the information available from Hello Outbound.

Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can start a separate Zap, but Hello Outbound has no supplied action for sending that reply back into its platform. This is therefore an outbound event workflow rather than a native conversation sync. Zapier handles the handoff, and your team controls the timing, audience and plain text message.
