Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can start Halo's Create Ticket action when a customer texts a new issue to your Mobile Message number. That makes the incoming message a ticket for the service desk to review. Halo also offers Create Customer, Create Site and Create User, which can be used when the incoming SMS contains the information needed for one of those records.
These are focused workflows rather than a two-way sync. Halo remains the service desk, and Mobile Message remains the SMS platform. Zapier links the selected event and action without code.
