About the Grorapid integration
A Grorapid New Contact event can send a plain text welcome, a reminder to book a call or a link to the next resource. It can also create a Mobile Message contact for later messaging. In the other direction, Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can use Grorapid’s Create Contact action, so an incoming text can create a contact in the growth platform when the available fields support that result.
These are separate Zapier workflows rather than a two-way sync. Choose New Contact with Send SMS for immediate outreach, New Contact with Create Contact for contact creation, or Inbound SMS Received with Create Contact for an inbound lead path.
