Yes. New Invoice Payment can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action. Use the payment and contact fields supplied by GreenRope to send a plain text receipt acknowledgement or thank-you message.

New Ticket can trigger Send SMS to List, allowing a selected Mobile Message list to receive a text alert. The Zap can include ticket details that help the team decide who responds.
