You can map the lead's mobile number and available details into a welcome or handover message in Zapier. Grawt's Add Lead action can also follow Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger, allowing a text from a prospective customer to create a lead in Grawt when the information supplied is enough for that action. These are separate one-directional workflows, not a shared lead database. The connection is made through Zapier and requires both Grawt and Mobile Message accounts.
