Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with GoSquared!

Teams using GoSquared to watch customer behaviour often need a quick response when a visitor becomes especially relevant. Someone entering a Smart Group may be ready for attention, while a live chat message can signal a customer who needs help now. An SMS can bring those moments to a team member without requiring constant monitoring of analytics screens.

User Entered Smart Group and Live Chat Message can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. A traffic spike can also alert a marketing or support contact, while User Exited Smart Group can notify a team member when a user no longer meets a selected condition. GoSquared’s Track Event and Create or Update Profile actions can record activity in GoSquared when used as later Zap steps, but they do not themselves send an SMS.

The connection is built through Zapier, with one GoSquared event starting one Mobile Message action. It does not synchronise customer profiles or create a native two-way integration. Choose the event that matters, map the available information and write a plain text alert that helps your team decide what to do next.
