A qualified company appears in Goava Discover and your sales team needs to act before the opportunity cools. Mobile Message can put a direct SMS in that workflow through Zapier, so a selected company or exported contact can receive a prompt follow-up. Goava offers Company Qualified and Export Contact as triggers for this purpose.

You can send an SMS when a company enters a Qualified list, create an exported contact in Mobile Message or add that contact to a list for later outreach. In the reverse direction, an inbound SMS can trigger Goava Find Company, while a delivery status can trigger Add Company to List when that is appropriate for your process.
