Gami5d turns moments like that into points, badges and achievement levels, using a rules based system to decide what counts and what a customer earns for it. Most gamification platforms only ever see clicks inside an app, so a genuine text reply is a signal worth capturing on its own.

Through Zapier, Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can feed Gami5d's record observation action, so every reply becomes a logged observation that the rules engine can score on its own terms. The same pairing works with Delivery Status Updated, letting a completed delivery register as its own observation, which is handy for tracking reach rather than replies alone. Neither pairing needs a person to sit and copy activity across from one system to the other.

None of this needs custom code.
