GaggleAMP SMS Integration

Teams can miss important activity when employee participation is spread across social networks and the GaggleAMP feed. A performed activity can trigger an acknowledgement, while a new conversation or new activity can alert a manager or selected group by SMS. This removes the need to watch the feed continually and manually copy updates into a separate message.

Through Zapier, GaggleAMP events can start Mobile Message actions such as Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List. For example, a manager can text a participant after an activity is performed, or add a relevant person to a Mobile Message list when a new activity is posted. GaggleAMP remains the place for employee activities and conversations, while Mobile Message handles direct text communication. Messages can contain the activity name, a short instruction or a link back to the feed. This is most useful when a small team needs prompt visibility of participation or a time-sensitive conversation. The result is less manual monitoring and a clearer handover between employee engagement activity and the people responsible for follow-up.
