New history items can also trigger a text when a meaningful interaction has been recorded.

A new contact may receive a welcome or booking instruction, while a new history item can prompt a follow-up after a sales activity. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can also create a contact in FunnelFLARE, so a person who texts your business can be added to the system your sales team checks.
