Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Freshsales Suite!
New Deal can start a message for a commercial opportunity, while Contacts Added to a List can trigger an SMS for a carefully selected audience. Mobile Message can Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List. A separate workflow can use Inbound SMS Received to trigger Freshsales Suite’s Create Task action, giving a team member a record of a customer reply to follow up.
This is a Zapier connection, not a native two-way integration or background synchronisation. Freshsales Suite remains the CRM for contacts, deals and tasks, and Mobile Message handles the SMS action.
