Freshsales Classic SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Freshsales Classic!
New Deal can trigger a message about the next sales step, while New Contact can create a Mobile Message contact for future communication. New Task may also suit an internal process where a text confirms a scheduled customer action. If a customer replies, Mobile Message can add a note to a lead or contact in Freshsales Classic, giving staff a record to review. These are separate, one-directional Zaps rather than a native integration or two-way sync. Freshsales Classic remains the source of CRM activity, while Mobile Message sends SMS or starts the selected CRM action when the chosen event occurs.
