Healthcare, sales and marketing teams using servis.ai often need important record changes to reach a person quickly. Created or Updated App Record can start a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message when a relevant record is created or changed. That can put a time-sensitive update in front of the right staff member without relying on dashboard checks.

You can also use the servis.ai action steps when another app starts the workflow. Update App Record can write information into a selected record, Create App Record can add a new record, and Upsert App Record With Lines can create or update a record with line details. These steps can sit after an inbound SMS or delivery event when the fields and business process support that use.

Zapier controls the handoff, so you select the record event, map the available values and choose the Mobile Message action. The connection is one-directional for each Zap. It does not promise a continuously synchronised record between servis.ai and Mobile Message.
