Cerca SMS Integration

A franchise recruitment team using Cerca can see an applicant progress, log in for the first time, or arrive as a new applicant while staff are handling several locations. The event is recorded, but the applicant may not receive a prompt next step because the team still has to notice the change and prepare a message elsewhere. That pause can make the application process feel less attentive.

Through Zapier, Applicant Created, Applicant First Login, and Applicant Progressed can start Mobile Message's Send SMS action. A new applicant can receive a welcome note, a first login can prompt completion of the next task, and progress to a new step can trigger a specific instruction. Applicant Unarchived can also send a message when a previous candidate returns to the active process.

Cerca provides the applicant event, while Mobile Message delivers the plain text communication. There are no other Cerca actions in the supplied list, so these workflows begin with Cerca and end with a Mobile Message action.
