Foqal can send an Executed From Ticket or Automation event through Zapier when an agent or automation invokes it. Mobile Message can then send a text to a customer or staff member, helping the chosen ticket action produce a visible result.

The Foqal trigger can run Mobile Message actions such as Send SMS, Send SMS to List and Create Contact. For example, an agent could invoke the trigger to send a short service update, notify a support roster or create a contact from details captured in the ticket. The information available to the Zap determines what can be included in the SMS and which recipient is selected.

This setup is best for deliberate support workflows rather than every ticket activity. Decide which Foqal ticket or automation should invoke the event, then choose the Mobile Message action and test the fields.
