Leaving that contact in a queue can mean a promising lead waits for a response or misses the chance to continue the conversation. A Zapier connection lets Footfallz’s New Contact trigger start a Mobile Message action, so a relevant text can be sent without someone copying details between systems.

Use Mobile Message to send a plain-text acknowledgement, create a contact, or add the person to a list for later messaging. A text might confirm that the enquiry was received, offer a next step, or invite the contact to reply with a preferred time.
