A prospect opens a product demo, and the best time for a useful follow-up may be immediately afterwards. Folio can trigger a Zap when Demo Viewed occurs or when Lead Captured records a new prospect. Mobile Message can send an SMS, create a contact, or add that prospect to a list, giving your sales team a clear response to buying interest.

A lead capture can produce a short acknowledgement, while a demo view can notify a salesperson or invite the prospect to continue the conversation. Use the contact and demo fields supplied by Folio to personalise the message. The result is a defined action after an important product storytelling event, rather than a lead sitting unnoticed in a dashboard.

The connection uses Zapier and links one Folio event to one Mobile Message action. It is not a native integration or a two-way sync. Check that Folio provides a valid mobile number and that the proposed SMS is appropriate for the recipient.
