Flux is built to collect those contacts and answers, and the outcome businesses actually want is for that new contact to hear from them straight away, not to sit in a list waiting for a manual export.

A Zap between Flux and Mobile Message can send a text the moment a new contact is created, so they receive their welcome message or promised reward without delay. A new answer can also trigger a text thanking them for responding, and when an interaction is marked complete, a follow up text can go out with the next step. If someone opts out in Flux, the same connection can add them to Mobile Message's unsubscribe list so they stop being texted too.
