A new lead can notify a sales coordinator, a trial user can receive a welcome text and an inactive user can prompt a retention call from the team. New Active User and New Plan Purchase can also mark useful moments for an internal SMS notification. Mobile Message handles the text, while FitBudd remains the source of the member or lead event. FitBudd has no supplied actions for receiving a Mobile Message event, so the available workflows run from FitBudd into Mobile Message. You choose the recipient, wording and fields when building each Zap, which lets your coaches set different messages for leads, trials, purchases and inactive users.

Yes. New Trial User can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS through Zapier. You can map the user’s available details into a welcome message and send it to the selected mobile number.
Can FitBudd alert staff about an inactive user?
Yes. New Inactive User can start a Zap that sends an SMS to a coach or manager. The message can contain the available user information so staff know which member needs follow-up.
How do I set up FitBudd SMS automations?
In Zapier, authorise your FitBudd and Mobile Message accounts, choose a FitBudd event such as New Trial User, then select Send SMS. Map the fields, test the message and turn on the Zap. No code is required.
