Sales staff open Firmao and find a new company, deal or invoice that needs a prompt next step. Firmao can start a Zap when a company, deal, task, product or invoice is created or updated. Mobile Message can then send an SMS, create a contact, or add a contact to a list.

A new company can receive a short welcome message or become a Mobile Message contact, while a changed deal can alert the salesperson responsible for follow-up. An invoice event can also prompt a customer reminder when the relevant details and phone number are available. Through Zapier, selected Firmao fields are mapped into the Mobile Message action, reducing the need to copy information between the CRM and SMS platform. The connection is one-directional, so it does not keep Firmao and Mobile Message records synchronised. Firmao's Create Company, Create Deal and Create Task actions remain available for workflows that need to write into Firmao, but the most direct customer-facing result comes from Firmao triggers leading to Mobile Message messaging or contact management. Choose the event and message audience carefully so routine changes do not create unnecessary texts.
