Updated Contact can support a carefully chosen customer update.

A Zap can create a Mobile Message contact when a new Finaeo contact arrives, add that person to a list for a particular service area, or text a team number when a new contact note is created. You can also use Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger with Finaeo's Create Contact Note action, so a customer reply becomes a note for the relevant contact.
