A guest booking, stay or other movement appears in Fideltour while the hotel team is managing arrivals and service requests. Important contact work can wait until someone has time to review the CRM, even though the guest may need information sooner. Through Zapier, Fideltour events can start Mobile Message SMS and contact actions for defined hotel workflows.

New Movement can send a booking or stay message, while New Contact can create the guest in Mobile Message or add them to a list. Contact Loyalty Level Changed can also prompt a tailored SMS when a guest's status changes. On the other side, an inbound SMS can create or update a Fideltour contact, or a delivery status can update a movement when that result is meaningful to your process. Every Zap has one trigger and one action, so it does not synchronise both platforms.
