A customer at the counter mentions they have been meaning to join your loyalty programme, and texts your business number to do it there and then rather than filling out a form later or downloading an app. Fidelimax runs the loyalty side of things, registering customers, tracking their points, and pulling up their loyalty and personal data whenever your team needs to check where a customer stands before offering a reward.

Mobile Message connects to Fidelimax through Zapier so that text becomes the trigger for the whole process, with no one at the counter having to stop and open a separate system. When a customer replies by SMS, the zap can create a customer in Fidelimax straight away, or add points to an existing customer's account if they have just sent through a purchase code, so the loyalty programme keeps up with the conversation happening over text instead of waiting for someone at the counter to enter it later on a computer.
