Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Fello!

A contact is ready for human follow-up after Felix AI hands over the conversation, but the responsible agent may not be watching Fello at that moment. Fello can send Felix AI Handoff into Zapier, where Mobile Message sends an SMS with the follow-up details. The same connection can react to a form submission, new tags, a contact update or a changed DNC verification status.

Felix AI Handoff is useful for an immediate agent alert. Form Submission can send a confirmation or prompt an internal response, while Contact Unsubscribed can trigger an operational notice if your team needs to review the record. Contact Address Enriched and New Home Value View Event can also start messages where a timely sales follow-up is appropriate. Fello's Add or Update Contact action can store a contact when an inbound SMS supplies the required details.

These workflows are configured separately in Zapier. Fello remains the source of its contact events and Mobile Message sends the SMS, while an inbound Mobile Message event can start the Fello contact action. The connection does not provide automatic two-way contact synchronisation or decide whether a message is permitted.
