With Zapier, Faqbot can pass that completed flow to Mobile Message so the person receives a useful text while the conversation is still fresh. It can be a simple thank you, a reminder to take the next step or a direction to contact your team.

Faqbot's New Completed Flow trigger is the practical starting point for this automation. The Flow List trigger is available for selecting flows in setup, but it is not a customer completion event. Once a flow finishes, Mobile Message's Send SMS action can deliver a direct message, or Send SMS to List can notify a selected internal or customer list. Your team can decide which flow results deserve a text and personalise the message with the fields supplied by Faqbot.

This connection does not create a two-way conversation or copy every Faqbot record into Mobile Message. It creates a focused Zapier workflow for completed flows. That keeps the follow-up clear and gives customers a prompt response without requiring staff to check completed bot sessions manually.
