Can eWorkOrders send a welcome SMS to a new user?

Yes. Use the New User trigger in eWorkOrders with Mobile Message Send SMS in Zapier. Map the new user’s mobile number and add the relevant welcome or access information to the message.

Can Mobile Message create an eWorkOrders work order from an SMS?

No. eWorkOrders provides a New User trigger and a Create Work Order action, but it does not provide an action that receives Mobile Message events in the supplied Zapier options.

How do I set up the eWorkOrders SMS workflow?
