A response arrives for an Evalinator assessment while your team is deciding who needs follow-up. That response can show that a prospect has completed an important step, but leaving the result in the assessment platform may delay the next conversation. A prompt SMS can make the response visible to the person responsible.

With Zapier, Evalinator's New Response trigger can start Mobile Message's Send SMS action. Use the available response details to alert a salesperson, notify a client success team member or send a simple next-step message to the respondent. Evalinator's New Social Post trigger can also send an SMS when a scheduled social post is set up, if that event is useful to your internal process.

The automation gives Evalinator a clear role as the source of the event and Mobile Message a clear role as the SMS sender. It does not create a native integration or synchronise assessment records. Configure the message and recipient in Zapier, and avoid including more assessment information than the recipient needs.
